We are thrilled to announce that Playground Productions has joined White Rivers Indy as an official co-sponsor for our upcoming auditions!

📍 WHERE: Playground Productions Studio, 5529 Bonna Ave (Irvington)
🎭 ROLES: Leads, Supporting, and Background (All Paid).

We are looking for authentic Indiana talent to help build our state’s creative legacy. Walk-ins only. See full details and site protocols at:www.goodlifemovie.com.

The auditions for our movie will take place on May 23rd at the Playground Productions Studio, 5529 Bonna Ave near South Audubon Road Indianapolis (Irvington) from 1 pm to 9 pm. Walk-ins only; first come, first served.

ROLES WE ARE SEEKING:

ALEX (Lead, White Male, 18-30): Socially awkward, intellectual, tech-savvy. Must be able to play "fish out of water" - NOT street smart, very naive, always sees the good in people.

DARIUS (Lead, Black Male, 18-35): Street-smart, commanding presence, cautious but visionary. Head of the Gangstas and doesn't have to raise his voice. The bridge between two worlds.

STEPHANIE (Lead, White Female, 18-30): Sharp, observant, cheerleader, prom queen type, voluptuous (no nudity, but one swimsuit scene, she is the tactical anchor of her circle and she loves virgins.

SMOOTH (Lead, Black Male, 18-42): Charismatic but dangerous. High-energy, has an edge. Second in command. Jealous of Alex.

LINDSEY(white) / SHANEICE(black) (Supporting, females 18-40):

CUTTER (Supporting, Black Male, 18+): Skinny, named for carrying a barber's razor. comic relief, drools, pretends to know karate by using sounds and moves - but it's all show. He's a little off his rocker.

BACKGROUND PLAYERS (white, black and others) Diverse group of locals and students. We are looking for authentic, grounded personalities.

WRI SECURITY & SITE PROTOCOLS (STRICTLY ENFORCED):
To ensure a professional and secure creative environment, the following are PROHIBITED inside the building:

NO Cell phones or recording devices of any kind.

NO Children, friends, family, or unassociated guests.

NO Weapons of any type.

NO Glass bottles or alcohol.

Note: Bottled water will be provided by the production.

WHAT TO BRING:

Hard copy of your Headshot and Resume if available.

We are only interested in talent who physically appear for the audition. No digital submissions will be reviewed.

Be prepared to read "sides" (script excerpts) which will be provided on-site.

Note on Pay: All roles are paid (Minimum Wage + Profit Sharing). Rehearsals and table reads are paid. Full catering/hot meals provided on set.
