Ever wondered how to track those weekend drinks without derailing your diet? š·šø
Alcohol isnāt a traditional macro, but itās often called the ā4th macroā because it provides caloriesā7 per gram! Whether youāre enjoying wine, beer, or spirits, hereās a simple way to include it in your fitness plan:
š¹ As Carbs: Divide the total calories by 4 to calculate grams of carbs.
š¹ As Fats: Divide the total calories by 9 for grams of fat.
š¹ As Both: For a balanced approach, log half the calories as carbs and the other half as fats.
For example, a glass of your favorite wine might be about 120 calories. Logged as carbs, thatās 30g (120/4), as fats, about 13g (120/9), or split it for both, counting 15g carbs and about 7g fat. š
Remember, balance is key! As a midlife working momma we need balance and fun! Enjoy responsibly while keeping your health goals on track. Just know your progress is quicker without it!

Being a MOM is A LOT. Add having a kiddo that needs just a little extra helpā¦
The weight can feel unbearableā¦
The lists can feel never endingā¦
The needs can feel dauntingā¦
BUT one way Iāve learned to deal with the anxiety is to lean into SAVE a little Something for you, friend and Lean into COMMUNITY.
Having women in my life who are in the same life stage, same head space, and have a similar heart has made allllll the difference.

Also, yes Iām a health coach and youāre seeing an alcoholic beverage. Everything in moderation. Alcohol absolutely has ZERO nutritional or health value to your body and slows fatloss for up to 10 hrs after consumption. So make informed decisions.

The first rule of air fryer club...
You must know the temp and time to cook your food! ā±š”
It is by far the trickiest thing to get down when first starting out and it is very dependent on the air fryer itself. BUT, once you nail them down you get juicy, flavorful foods on the other side! I promise!!!!
To help my girl out... I wanted to share some of my favorite things that I find in my air fryer on a regular basis to help you not have to search Pinterest multiple times a week.
