A free community exercise class is coming back to Indiana Mall in Indiana, PA. Aging Services Inc hosts a light-impact chair exercise class on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the space next to Kay Jewelers (former Rue 21).

Led by certified trainer Carol Zicha, this class is open to all fitness and mobility levels. Walk-ins are welcome!

Every donation can save up to three lives — a meaningful way to spend an hour this summer. Walk-ins are welcome!
