Here's another recent floor. This is a white oak floor, stain is Heritage Brown, finished with a satin polyurethane.

I've been slacking on posting recent work!! Here's another we recently completed. This floor was finished with a waterpopped dark walnut and satin polyurethane finish. We also refinished the cabinetry, the stain color for the cabinets is Rosewood with semi gloss finish.

Just finished this floor! It's a 2.25" red oak with waterpopped silvered gray and satin waterborne finish. That silvered gray made it look like a natural white oak!! I think I've found a new color to be in love with...

We just finished this floor, it's a mixture of sand & refinishing existing wood, new installation, parquet flooring in the mudroom, and the handrails and newel posts refinished. This is a waterpopped Jacobean stain with satin finish, and semigloss finish on the handrails and newels.

We just finished this floor. This is 1.5" red oak, with Warm Gray and satin finish. So beautiful, bright and welcoming! I'm definitely loving these warm gray floors!

Treads and riser's from a restoration project in August. This staircase looks absolutely beautiful! This is a custom stain mix with gloss finish.

I wish I had before pictures for these!! This is a 100 year old home in KCK that had a fire. Most of the home was destroyed and needed to be gutted. This is the original staircase, it survived the fire, but had some pretty severe damage...they were looking pretty rough when we started the restoration. I am so impressed with the work Newman has done here...I just can't get over how beautiful it looks!

Sand and refinished floor. 2.25" white oak, no stain/natural, semigloss oil based. White oak is always my favorite when it's left natural!

This is a resand on 2.25" red oak. We finished with a waterpopped dark walnut and oil based satin finish.

Hard to believe these two pics are the same floor!! The before is heavily coated with roofing tar from 30 years ago. The after looks as good as new! I'm pretty amazed. 💜💜

Here is the finished product! This is an oak floor, sanded to perfection, and stained with Bona's Aged Pewter. We finished with crystal clear Bona Traffic HD waterborne finish in satin. This is a spectacular choice for a wood floor finish, the durability is exceptional, very low VOC's, with a super fast dry and cure time. It's one of the best, and the only waterborne we use. I think this floor just might be my favorite, isn't it beautiful?!

Here's a preview of this week's project. Sanding is nearly finished and this red oak floor is just about ready for stain! We have many options to choose from, and give plenty of time to make the perfect choice for your home! Check back on Thursday for the final look!

Just finished this floor. It's a mix of weathered oak and classic grey, waterpopped and finished with a crystal clear, 2 component, waterbased satin. Beautiful work, Newman!

Before and after pictures! We installed/laced in 2.25" #1 white oak to existing, installed new hardwood treads and risers. This is natural, no stain. We sealed with a tannin blocker to preserve the beautiful look of the white oak and finished with a Crystal Clear waterborne finish, in semi gloss. We finished the look with new baseshoe moulding throughout. Absolutely love this floor!! Good work, Newman!
