I offer remote accountability services for those who are making efforts to change their personal health, nutrition, fitness, and overall well being. Too many times have I personally gone into health and fitness Facebook groups, searched around and responded to others' posts requesting an accountability buddy, and have been disappointed in one way or another each time. Here are the scenarios I have
faced:
-Connected with another person on a social media platform, being accountable to each other off the bat, and then losing connection with each other after some time.
-No one responds to your request for an accountability buddy.
-You join a group chat that was originally founded upon the group's uniting goal or need (let's say weight loss), and the group is either inactive, or it has completely derailed from the initial motivation that brought them together. I'd like you to know that no matter what you're facing right now, you don't have to face it alone. You may have dreams you desire to accomplish, health goals you need to reach, or maybe you've taken 2 steps back recently and feel beyond discouraged. Perhaps you are at a neutral point in your journey- not advancing, but not necessarily back-tracking either. My ultimate purpose here is to help you look at the curvature and grade of the whole railway ahead of you- that's our big picture! We want to be up that mountain and on the other side! And we will get there! However, it is in the day-to-day effort you give that helps your train to move more efficiently and quickly up those tracks. This is where I come in: I help you fuel your train, and I give you navigational understanding. I know what it feels like to be grabbing in the dark, and I also know how it feels and what it takes to have great success! I can help you maneuver through those twists and turns. Your success, confidence, health, and happiness are my goals, and I am here for the long haul.
