Cohort 26 hosted an incredible Leadership Lunch featuring cheese-stuffed sliders, crispy potato wedges, grilled brussel sprouts, an assortment of delicious sauces, and apple cheesecake hand pies for dessert.
We’re proud of our hatchlings as they head into their two-week externships before graduation. We can’t wait to see all they accomplish!
We can't believe our first 6 weeks of class is coming to a close! Our students shared some of their favorite moments from their cohort before they move onto their externships next week.

September is Library card sign up month at Huntsville Madison County Public Library, and Hatch Cohort 26 had a wonderful field trip to the South Huntsville Public Library! Students received their library cards, learned about library resources, and visited the Hatch Cafe located inside the library.

Hatch HSV is proud to cater incredible lunches each cohort for wonderful organizations in our community! Cohort 26 catered an amazing meal for one of our partners, RCP Companies in the MidCity District.
Week 5 is all about collaboration. This week cohort 26 collaborated on a gnocchi bolognese, making their own cheese, gnocchi, and sauce. Our hatchlings worked hard to put together an incredible meal.

Cohort 26 learned so much last week. Students focused on preparedness while taking on new culinary challenges, including breaking down seafood, using every part of a chicken, and making stock. They also enjoyed incredible field trips to two of our partners: the Huntsville Botanical Gardens and AC Hotel.

Cohort 25 is off to a sweet start! All thirteen students took their ServSafe Food Handler's exam and passed with flying colors!
