Senior United at BakerRipley
During this gathering, we spoke about and discussed the topic of mental health among seniors.
A video from the organization mental health and aging was watched it, and we discussed the subject, and shared information about recreational activities available within the community to help maintain good mental health.
We would like to thank Hatty for sharing her powerful testimony and for demonstrating proper breathing techniques. We also thank Sandra for explaining how to lead a healthy lifestyle through simple steps and coordination exercises, such as Zumba dancing. Special thanks to everyone involved in this initiative.

The video on "Mental Health Crisis Facing Older Adults and How to Help" is below, in case anyone is interested in watching it.
