One of my personal favorites is Watkins Garden Center right here in the Glens Falls area. I’ve been fortunate to know this family for many years and they’ve done great work for me at my place over the years.
I enjoyed stopping in recently to visit with Pete Watkins and learn about some of their current challenges and catching up a bit. Thanks Pete!

This spring my son has been working on his own Eagle Scout project. He’s constructing a Covid Memorial Garden along the Warren County, New York Bike Path. He and Troop 16 Queensbury Scouts built a park bench and today they planted several trees, shrubs and flowers at the site. It’s really starting to take shape. Some more work remains but he’s definitely got the heaviest lifting behind him now.
So thankful for the generous support of the scouts and the County. Special thanks also to Watkins Garden Center for their advice and contributions.
