You'll have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of craft beers, as well as prosecco and wine, ensuring there's something for every palate. Delicious bites will also be available to complement your drinks.

Co-founders, Karen Rafiqi and Linda Savino have committed to combine their skills and decades of healthcare experience to improve the health and quality of life for families, communities, and workplace.

What makes this event even more special is the opportunity to support Pause to Thrive. Pause to Thrive is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals recover from the trauma. We provide spiritual holistic programs that offer health education, integrative medicine, psychosocial counseling, support, and group life coaching, empowering participants to take charge of their health and build resilience.
