Xavier, a Structured Cabling Installer here at NCS, was recently recognized by JE Dunn Construction with a safety award for his outstanding work for an aviation client.

Safety is a core value at NCS, and Xavier is a great example of what that looks like in action. It's a mindset he brings to every job site, every single day. That kind of dedication makes a difference not just for the project, but for every person working alongside him.

This weekend, our incredible team of technicians gave up their personal time to deliver for one of our aviation clients and they didn't miss a beat. This was no small task — a large, complex project that demanded skill, precision, and serious commitment. From early mornings to long hours on the jobsite, our team showed up with the dedication and professionalism we're proud to be known for.

Thank you to each and every one of you. Your hard work and sacrifice this weekend are a true reflection of the talent and character on this team. We are grateful for you. 🙌

NCS is proud to have served as the technology integrator for the new City Of Aledo Municipal Complex, a 25,000 sq. ft. civic hub bringing city services together under one roof for the first time in Aledo's history.

NCS delivered a full AV integration and CommScope CAT6 structured cabling solution, including a Microsoft Teams Room, a live streaming solution for the Council Chambers, and a scalable cabling infrastructure built to serve the city for years to come.

Our NCS team from Houston, Corpus Christi, and the Rio Grande Valley recently had the pleasure of presenting a Lunch & Learn — "Shaping the Future of Construction: Challenges and Solutions for Division 27 & 28." Mike Keadle led the presentation, joined by Joann Cantu, Jesse Mendez, and Richard Walters.

This session was dedicated to the real challenges general contractors face with Division 27 & 28 project specifications, and more importantly, uncovering innovative strategies and solutions to overcome them. It covers cabling infrastructure and communication systems, and how NCS's comprehensive approach can lead to more successful and less frustrating project outcomes.

Our DFW team had a fun time at Accu-Tech’s Annual Crawfish Boil. Good food, even better company, and this year came with a surprise appearance from Elvis himself.

We always appreciate the opportunity to spend time with partners outside of the day-to-day work and this event never disappoints. Huge thank you to Accu-Tech for hosting and for continuing to bring everyone together each year.

🔨 NCS was proud to be part of the Houston Independent School District Trade Day Hiring Expo 2026! 🎓

Nacio Thompson, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Jack Martin, Security Project Manager, represented NCS at the Barbara Jordan Career Center, connecting with graduating seniors ready to launch careers in the trades.

Jack brought along one of the security cameras NCS installs and integrates, giving students a hands-on look at the real technology behind our work. Let's just say it was a conversation starter. Our neighbors even noticed how many students were crowding our table!

The results spoke for themselves: two full pages of interested candidates, and more importantly, students who were genuinely excited about building a future with NCS.

In the words of Nacio: "I've attended quite a few job fairs, and this was one of the best."
