🎒⚽ What an incredible day at our Missouri City Back-To-School Health Fair!

A heartfelt thank you to every family, volunteer, and community partner who joined us today to help children head back to school healthy, confident, and ready to learn.

Families received FREE backpacks and school supplies, immunizations, health screenings, dental screenings, vision screenings, connected with valuable community resources, and enjoyed fun activities throughout the morning. Seeing our community come together to support local students is what AccessHealth is all about.

Families will have access to free health, dental, and vision screenings, immunizations, backpacks, school supplies, community resources, fun activities, and so much more!

We were thrilled to present a grant check to AccessHealth as part of St. Luke's Health's commitment to address pressing health disparities in our communities. This grant of $26,750 will help AccessHealth implement vital programs to manage and prevent diabetes and hypertension, and address food insecurity for medically underserved populations right here in Fort Bend County.

AccessHealth has been a cornerstone of care in our community since 1975, providing quality, affordable healthcare for everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. Their dedication to integrating social determinants of health and connecting patients to resources beyond medical care makes a lasting difference.
