Motivation Monday! Motivation, Habit, and Discipline each have their 'inner voice'. Motivation is determined in the moment. Habit is established on what needs to be done. Discipline sees to it that everything is done 💪
Today we finish out the week with our Saturday stretch! Restoration is a key component of any well-designed exercise program. If Squats are on the agenda or you need to find a way to loosen up your hip flexors and mid-back, give this stretch a try!

to the 2018 Optimum Classic, where I prepped client for her second Bikini competition. This was an improved showing from her first outing and I am glad that we selected this one. Fitness competition prep takes a disciplined, determined, and possibly neurotic mind 😈 😜 This is not a client that we see everyday, but it is a particular client that we have a passion to train as myself, .strongfound am a competitor and part of being a coach is matching the program to meet the client's end goal.
