🍋 Creamy Lemon Alfredo with Crispy Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

For the Chicken Cutlets:
• 2 large chicken breasts (sliced in half lengthwise to make 4 cutlets)
• 1 cup flour
• 2 eggs (beaten)
• 1½ cups seasoned breadcrumbs (Italian or panko mixed with Italian seasoning)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for breading)
• Olive oil (for frying)

For the Lemon Alfredo Sauce:
• 3 tbsp butter
• 4 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1½ cups heavy cream
• 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Juice of ½–1 lemon (to taste)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat
• Optional: ½ cup pasta water (to loosen sauce if needed)

For Serving:
• 12 oz fettuccine or linguine
• Fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)
• Extra Parmesan and lemon wedges
