It has been a long time since I came across these old door k***s. The dead bolts are one sided locks and door handles holes are about 1/8 of an inch smaller than todays standard lock holes, therefore time to break out the dremel.

Made this tankless hot water heater space a little makeover so it wasn't an eye sore.q

Then the homeowner simply paints the front door with latex, but the door was originally stained. Always use the correct primer to ensure it won't peel like this. Extreme bond is my go-to, but I forgot to take pictures.
