How ?! How can who came to take over one of the largest school systems in Texas continue to be getting raises. Over $230k is apparently his salary , yet our Buses have gone from 7 stops to 3 stops and now parents have to literally commute to bus hubs to pick up students ! How ?! How can this be possible and okay ?! I’m shook. Literally. After 4 days of bus drama. And now apparently, I have to continue calling transportation bc Lukas bus driver told him he’s not approved for the bus. Yet , we have an unelected superintendent just racking up all our tax paying dollars ! Please explain how this is happening?! 📸 Chron

After 6 HOURS ON HOLD by Houston ISD , Their system again just hung up , after making it to caller 26. I was in line from caller 151 !!!! Where can I go to speak to someone in person.
Houston ISD YOU NEED A BETTER SYSTEM ! Many of our parents have been on hold for HOURS!!!! I’ve been on hold since 6am , it’s now 11:45am. And so many parents and I can’t get ahold of a human !!! This system needs to be addressed because I can not understand the biggest school system in Texas has no person to talk to assist with kids being stranded !!!!! This is a mess. And unacceptable. How can we talk to a human ? I went to the school for help and they said we have no option but

What a Weekend! Lukas and his team WON the Championship!!!! Yesterday his team played hard and won game one! Today we played in the semi finals for a spot to play in the championship! Game two , Lukas team did amazing and came out on top! Knocked out one of the best teams in the league. A team that we have never been able to beat. In years. So winning against them was just a great feeling for how hard our boys worked ! Then when we moved on to the championship game , boys took the win 6-0 !!!!! What a great tournament and entire summer season! ⚾️🤘🏽🫶🏽 So proud of my almost teenager. Tomorrow he starts 8tj grade and what a way to end the summer 🥹
