Healthcare professionals and medical experts provided resources and free preventative health screenings. The event also offered food distribution, disaster prep materials, and more!

Last week, the Office of Commissioner Rodney Ellis attended the Third Ward Community Public Safety Discussion hosted by Harris County DA Sean Teare’s Office alongside HPD, Constable Smokie Phillips’ Office, the Department of Neighborhoods, and City Council District D.

We appreciated the opportunity to engage in dialogue with partners, residents, and other stakeholders about what truly keeps our communities safe.
