🏡 REALTORS — CURB APPEAL SELLS HOMES FAST!

Before buyers ever walk inside, they’re already judging the outside. Overgrown trees, messy yards, and blocked curb appeal can lower a home’s value and slow down the sale.

A clean, well-trimmed yard can completely change how a listing shows — and how fast it sells. 🌳✨

At Rivas Bros Tree Service, we help realtors get homes market-ready with:
✔ Tree trimming & shaping
✔ Overgrowth cleanup
✔ Lot clearing
✔ Full curb appeal makeovers

Don’t lose buyers before they even step inside.

If the outside doesn’t pop, the offer won’t either.

Please please please do not use Roundup. ⚠️

Please also SHARE TO SPREAD THE WORD!!

Roundup has been involved in lymphoma and cancer-related lawsuits, and there are safer organic options available to kill w**ds around your home and yard. 🌱

Here are 3 of the most popular organic w**d killers people commonly use instead of Roundup:

Green Gobbler – Vinegar-based and very popular for driveways, cracks, and sidewalks.

Doctor Kirchner Natural W**d Killer – Made with sea salt, vinegar, and soap. Pet-friendly when used properly.

Eco Garden Pro Organic W**d Killer – Organic formula that many people use around kids and pets.

You can also make a homemade version using: • White vinegar
• Salt
• A few drops of dish soap 🌱

Protect your family, pets, and environment by choosing a more natural w**d killer instead.

🚨 EMERGENCY TREE SERVICE CALL 🚨

Tonight around 9 P.M. we received an emergency call after a tree broke and completely blocked the customer’s driveway, leaving them unable to back their vehicle out.

We responded quickly, safely cut up and removed the fallen tree, and got the driveway cleared so the homeowner could get back on the road. 💪🌳

No matter the time, we’re here when emergencies happen!
If you have a fallen tree, storm damage, or a dangerous limb needing immediate attention, give us a call.
