Did you know: A coffee “cherry” actually holds the coffee beans we consume inside of it? When the cherry is green like in the second picture, that means it is not ripe but as soon as it turns red or sometimes orange/yellow, it is ready to go through a careful process of becoming what we know as coffee beans ☕️
