What a day! 🍤 The shrimp was hot, the music didn't stop, and the room was packed with people who showed up to make a difference.

Shrimp Boil 2026 raised over $160,000 to help fund mammograms, follow-up care, and provide answers for women across Southeast Texas who couldn't otherwise afford them.

Montserrat was wrapping up her senior year of high school when she picked up a flyer about breast health at a college fair. That night she performed a self exam and found a lump.

Someone who worked with her mother had heard of The Rose. She made an appointment and The Rose was there for her every step of the way. Montserrat got the care she needed and made the brave decision to have a full bilateral mastectomy so she could move forward with her life.

She became the first person in her family to graduate from college. She got married and started a family.

Forty years. One million lives touched. Montserrat is one of them. She came to us as a teenager just starting her life and look at everything that came after.
