🩷🤍Mama, I see you! This life is 50/50. It is full of highs and lows. We don’t have to pretend everything is great.

So often we think we are the only one struggling. We try to push those negative feeling in the closet and we keep them in the closet by buffering our time away–shopping, eating, drinking, scrolling, sleeping.

However, what we resist grows. What we buffer grows.

But the only way through, is through. And the other side is much lighter! I know this because someone walked me through.
