THE POWER OF SELF ESTEEM
Online course - starting 16 April for 6 Tuesdays, 7-10pm SAST. Suitable for the US, EU-UK and African time zones.
Self-esteem is our idea of our own basic worth.
This is often rooted in our childhood when our sense of value was associated with the positive regard of others, or linked with our achievements. As we move into adulthood, we may accomplish much yet feel dissatisfied because our self-esteem still depends on our next success, or failure. Life seems like a treadmill, lacking in real excitement or purpose.
The Power of Self-Esteem course shows you how to identify this deeply rooted system of beliefs, and develop a new kind of awareness of who and what you really are, so you can maintain your sense of self-worth at all times, regardless of what’s happening around you.
Join Trainers Beth McAlpine and Amichai Tahor, as they lead this interactive online 6-session course, where you will learn practical yet powerful tools to enhance your self-esteem. And develop your ability to:
-Develop and maintain your sense of self-worth regardless of your achievements and what others think of you
-Distinguish true self-esteem from the endless cycle of reward and punishment to which it has become attached
-Connect more deeply with what you really want for yourself and your life
-Start to express yourself with a new kind of passion and power
-Create results without driving yourself or generating unnecessary stress
-Let go of the self-imposed demands and accusations
-Be more resilient in the face of adversity or challenges
-Identify when your self-esteem is low, and know how to reinvigorate it
-Love and accept yourself, just as you are
-Inspire others to esteem and value themselves too.

LEADING WITH LIMITS
11 & 12 July 2026, Cambridge, 9:00am - 6:00pm
We live busy lives, full lives, we carry in ourselves expectations and are frequently presented with demands driving us to perform and deliver. At times we may feel helpless in our roles as leaders or team members. Many of us know some of the consequences - diminished joy, stress, lack of creativity, and even burnout. We yearn for the ability to form and be part of a space where authenticity, collaboration, partnering, and respect leads to empowerment, and results. The question arises as to how we can achieve this?
Leading With Limits is an exploration into our ability to stand congruently with self and others in a context where demands and expectations are ever present. It offers the opportunity to discover our collective ability to foster an environment from which creativity can emerge and in which accountability can be found.
Facilitated by Senior Trainer Ulrich Bergler

CAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE
Online, 12 &19 April, and 3 May 2026
USA and UK timezones
At a certain time in our lives, we find ourselves “Caught in the Middle” as those we love reach a point in their life journey where they need us to step in more and more to help them navigate aging, illness or disability with all of its associated challenges.
For us as caregivers who are being asked, and even required, to devote more time to these dear ones while juggling our own careers, perhaps parental responsibilities, marriage or lack thereof, and our own well-being, this can be an overwhelming and demanding situation.
Caught in the Middle is a course that teaches us to sustain our sanity, our physical and emotional balance, and our own health so we can bring our best loving self when caring for others.
Join us for an in-depth exploration of this topic where tools and insights will be delivered in two 3.5-hour online sessions and a third followup 90-minute support session two weeks after the formal 2-session course completes.
Those outside of the More To Life community are welcome to join this course.
Facilitated by: Warren Kahn and Mindy Guthrie, More To Life Trainers
