We have worked in family law for over ten years and witnessed many people get turned away from receiving help because they could not afford an attorney.
Feeling helpless, we decided to start a business where we could help those in need at a lower cost. Without having a large overhead we are able to help more people. We are focusing on pro-se litigants that have uncontested cases and/or cases where they require assistance with drafting/e-filing. We have an in house attorney for limited appearance cases or as needed.

Many people don’t know that they can file an affidavit of inability to afford payment of court costs when filing their petition. This a huge help for this ewho may have simple cases that don’t require litigation.
