Starting January 1, 2023, Guiding Light Home Inspection Services will be offering three levels of home inspections.

• Level I Inspections: Starting at $300.00 up to 2000 SqFt. This level does not include anything other than a basic inspection.

• Level II Inspections: Starting at $450.00 up to 2000 SqFt. This level includes basic thermal imaging, sprinkler system and free termite inspection.

• Level III Inspections: Starting at $550.00 up to 2000 SqFt. This inspection is our premium inspection that everyone who has used our services over the past 10 1/2 years has come to love for our knowledge and ability. This level includes thermal imaging, sprinkler systems, detached garage and free termite inspection, plus all of the additional informational photos and videos that we traditionally add at this level. Other ancillary services are still an extra charge.

We hope these new inspections will be of immense value to all of you, giving you the choice to choose which inspection you would like to have.

Note: VA clients will have to start at Level II, since the VA requires a termite inspection. If another lender requires a termite inspection, those clients will have to start at Level II also.
