Get ready for an unforgettable, high-stakes evening! The HOA is thrilled to invite you to the SCR Casino Night—an exclusive, 21-and-up event where you can mix, mingle, and try your luck at the tables.

When & Where:
• Date: Friday, June 26, 2026
• Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Location: Hilton Garden Inn, 12101 Shadow Creek Pkwy, Pearland, TX 77584

What to Expect:
• The Games: Try your hand at Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Poker, and Slots. The more you win, the more raffle tickets you earn for fantastic prizes!
• Food & Drink: Enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres and beverages, plus a cash bar for classic cocktails.

Ticket Information (Act Fast!):
To keep the evening intimate and exclusive, only 100 tickets are available. They will sell out quickly!
• Price: $25.00 per person (Ticket sales directly fund our amazing raffle prizes!)

Important Reminders:
• HOA Dues: Homeowners must be current on their HOA dues to participate.
• At the Door: Physical or digital tickets are required for entry. Double bookings will be automatically canceled.
• Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you buy a ticket and find you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation via Eventbrite so a neighbor can take your spot.

Due to an inclement weather forecast predicting unsafe conditions for this Saturday, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Annual SCR Summer Kick-Off event scheduled for May 23rd.

The safety of our residents, staff, and vendors is always our top priority. Because this event relies heavily on outdoor setups—including pool activities, electronics for our live DJ, and open-air entertainment—we cannot safely move forward with the festivities during severe weather.

It’s time to trade the textbooks for swimsuits! We are thrilled to invite you to our Annual SCR Summer Kick-Off event. Let’s celebrate the official start of pool season and the sun-soaked days ahead.

We’re pulling out all the stops to ensure your summer starts with a bang. Join us for:

• Family Games and activities for all ages.

To ensure a smooth entry for all residents, please remember to bring your Shadow Creek Ranch Amenity Access Card. These cards are required for entry into the pool area. Don't leave home without yours!
