So this is the fruits of months of trial and error. I have finally made the first 12”x7” Skurfetti sheets!!!
An insane amount of work has gone into developing a reliable mold that produces large Skurfetti sheets.

Now I can reliably make large sheets daily in any color. This set up will also produce pattern sheets in the same size.

Persistence has got me past the hard part. Now some easy tweaks to make the workflow more fluid. 😅

Can’t wait to make these in 12” x 7” sheets!!! Almost there!

Yup!… now that’s what I was going for.
Now to figure out the rendering issues and I’ll be able to make 20 of these per batch.

Want to see a $240 chunk of Skurfetti?

This is only the second 2” diameter Skurfetti rod I’ve ever made. Not much demand for this size except for very specific purposes.
▫️
This will be cut into ten 3/8” sick discs to make rainbow fidget spinners.
I’m excited to see the finished product!!!

After a lot of frustration and failures, I finally got this thing on lock.
