This photo might not be as flashy (hahah, get it?) as other ones you may see on real estate photography accounts, but we want to point out something subtle 👌🏻 yet very important ☝🏻 when it comes to lighting!

In the first photo nothing overly catches your eye, right? What if you swipe ⏩ to the next photo? Complete difference! It’s something that can’t be unseen! 🙈

It’s important to note that the lights in the other rooms are ON in both photos. However, relative to the room we’re in, it looks like they’re off!

Lighting the other rooms with an extra flash shot can be the difference between making a photo look bright and welcoming 🤗 or dark and closed off 🙅🏻‍♂️.
