I thrive to be an influencer. Every achievement was worth the hard work. In 2019, my son accomplished his BBA in Finance from UTSA with excellence. I earned my M.Ed from Concordia University-Portland with distinction. Congratulations to all the 2026 graduates. It's your moment to shine as influencers now.

Boundaries should be in place to keep us from indulging in risky behaviors. They are designed for our protection & safety. However, make sure those same boundaries don't hinder you from pursuing your life dreams & goals.

This simple yet profound practice has transformed my days, and I believe it can do the same for you. That's why I created this guided journal, specifically designed for busy women like you, to help you cultivate a deeper sense of gratitude, faith, humor and calm.

I am truly blessed for every chance to grow in my understanding of mental health topics. Tonight's focus on Caring Without Collapsing - Acts 9:32-43 was incredibly enlightening. It was such a powerful lesson in many ways. Caring for others without an opportunity for restoration and nurturing is a recipe for poor health and may lead to your own burnout. We must understand the cost of our desire to care and learn to balance a sustainable rhythm of care. We can have a caring heart, but we need to do so without collapsing. Excellent presentation by Rev. Jessica Bass. Thanks Debbie Hamilton for the invitation.

I've reached a stage in life where I'm focused on embracing the good. Productive days filled with ease inspire gratitude within me. Peaceful nights bring gratitude. Life is unfolding as I envisioned, in divine perfect timing. Don't let your manifestations & God's miracles shock you. Just receive them with thankfulness.

Well, it's almost a wrap. My rockstar students are staying on task for their final exam. Here is a motivational quote I shared with them:
"The way you respond at the very obstacles where others quit is what positions you for your miracle."

Do your best, everyone has their own limitations, not everyone can be your helper or supporter.

This subject of mental illness is vital. It impacts many of us directly & indirectly. It can wear you down emotionally, physically & financially. The worst part is feeling alone & unsupported during a mental health crisis.
