I declare that this school year will be amazing. Embrace it all. Education is the foundation of reaching our goals. Just make sure you are also grounded in Christ. It's fine to be culturally involved, yet remain faithfully committed to God.

Your inner circle should only consist of those who can celebrate you; help advance you; speak life into you; strengthen you; correct you; pour into you; push you; protect you; and most of all RESPECT you. Anything less than that can be considered just an association...

When I think about giving my children freedom of choice somehow it doesn't include allowing them to fail or make mistakes. That's just me. I share my feelings in my book Hovering At 1000 Feet.

I had to learn that freedom is not worth having if you don't leave room for your children to live and make errors.

Our children are a heritage from the Lord & a reward from Him. (Psalm 137:3)
Even when things get painful or uncertain keep trusting God in all things. I'm so grateful the bible is filled with God's promises for parents who cry out for their children. Thank you Lord for hearing our prayers.
