Roundtop Spring Market 2022

The spring market did not disappoint. The weather. The food. The company. All the pretties. So good!!

One size does not fit all! Our staging approach is very unique to each home. Take this kitchen for example. We intentionally chose a glass top table that was 36” round (not our 42 or 46), because it was the best choice to allow this small space to feel larger and functional. A wood topped table would have closed off the space and anything larger would have made the walkway feel cramped.

The chrome base was also strategically chosen to blend in with the other metals in the home. The cute chairs are fun and in line with choices of younger buyers that would likely be interested in this particular home.

We have varying styles of inventory so that we can allow the home to dictate the furniture and accessories that we use. And most importantly…..
SIZE MATTERS!

Feeling so ready for Spring to be here! This cold weather needs to go.

In the meantime, we will try to stay warm and cozy.

This cold weather has us wishing for warm Spring days. For now, we’ll be thankful that we didn’t have a repeat of last year’s freeze.

Now on to table centerpiece ideas! We always suggest keeping it simple using things like a big bowl of green apples or dishes paired with a plant.

Featuring the 4 chair combo. A house with two living rooms doesn’t mean they both need sofas. Try using 4 chairs to make it more interesting. It looks best when using matching sets either faced across from each other or in a “circle’.
