Most people driving by probably think this is just a guy cooking steaks under a tent.

What they don’t realize is that this “little tent” runs one of the most successful pop-ups in Houston.

Everything you see here fits in the back of a hybrid Lexus hatchback.

No restaurant. No massive overhead. No investors telling us what to do.

Just discipline, efficiency, consistency, and a whole lot of late nights setting up, breaking down, cleaning, staying organized, and marketing!

Funny thing is…

this “little tent” has its own heartbeat. And it moves at a pace most people wouldn’t expect.

It might not look like much to someone driving by…

but this little tent built a life I’m proud of.

Built under a tent. Built on the streets of Houston. With that true Houston Hustle Grit!

And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
