Plasencia Alma del Cielo

The new line’s name means “Soul of Heaven” in Spanish, and for good reason: some of the to***co used in the blend was grown on a farm in the Condega region that is approximately 3,500 feet above sea level. That farm—which is named Finca San Julián—was owned by Melalina Torres, Nestor Andrés Plasencia’s grandmother, but it was sold in 1961. According to the company, the combination of colder temperatures and higher elevation gives the to***co a unique flavor profile.
