Pizza Bowl - Your Lean Life Need a fast, whole food, flavorful meal that hits your protein? With the right ingredients, this Pizza Bowl can do the job!

Easy ingredient swaps can assure that you get in your vegetables and your protein at each meal! Whole food protein pancakes, hearts of palm noodles, in place of pasta in soups or spaghetti, diced vegetables in meatloaf or meatballs, and cauliflower rice in addition to or even instead of oatmeal! There’s no reason to not make your meals work harder. 

Cooking can be simple, easy and delicious! The perfect roast chicken! Use a pairing knife to slit the skin of each breast and each leg and sweep your finger underneath to release the skin from the meat. Stuff in small pieces of butter, fresh rosemary, and sliced garlic cloves. Roast in the oven at 475° for 20 minutes per pound. 

Hot days? Cool dessert! (Or part of any meal since it's yogurt!)

I made a lemon one last weekend but used 2 packs of Kool Aid and should have only used 1 because it was a little too strong. It was good and tasted like lemon meringue!
This week strawberry/strawberry lemonade. I added 2 slices of strawberries for presentation. Will top with Zero Reddi-wip at plating.
