What a gift it is to have the freedom to worship and the space to dream again. On this National Religious Freedom Day, let’s honor the privilege to gather, pray, and boldly pursue the callings God has placed on our lives. And on National Nothing Day, remember: even in the quiet, God inspires innovation and renewal. Rest in Him, and let your faith spark fresh vision. What’s a dream or idea that God placed on your heart? Comment Below 👇 🙌✨

🛑Long Post my prayer time with God
“Paddok” Badduk or “Go” Go is a strategic board game for two players. It is known as Weiqi in Chinese, Igo or Go in Japanese, and Baduk or Paduk, sometimes Gi in Korean.
Baduk is a territorial game; it's strategic and tactical. When one becomes highly skillful in this game, they are considered a tactician. Someone good at making plans to achieve goals.
My introduction to this game is shallower, but it was through watching Joseon period pieces. I love watching movies about Old Korea and its monarchy. It’s always a love story with a kingdom overthrow plot twist. While watching these types of films, I was introduced to Baduk or Go. It’s a game where skilled players learn to strategize 20 plays ahead to gain territory or take the opponent’s house. One scene in the movie described the game as destroying your opponent's house.
Imagine if life was a game; God is the greatest tactician I know. Yes, God the Father, the One who sees generations even worlds ahead. He’s omniscient. He had a plan before we knew we needed one, and His name is Jesus. Let me make it personal: before I was formed in my mother’s womb, he knew me, and he wrote a book about me even before I lived one day, according to Ps 139:16-17.
Baduk or Go is a game of calculation and strategy, not won with aggression but with skill. One must be confident in their abilities, knowledge, and training. You get to know your opponent by reviewing past games. Imagine if Jesus and Satan were sitting across from one another in a game of Baduk or God, both skilled tacticians. You know your opponent's moves because you studied them. You both are prepared to destroy the other's house and gain territory. Player One, let’s call him Satan, uses subtle, enticing tactics to tempt you to move prematurely. Or he may use the same moves from previous games because those plays worked in the past. He will even use aggression to pressure you to bend. However, the other player, Jesus, remains consistent and confident in his strategy. Although it looks as if he's defeated, and he is surrounded. Jesus continued to move as he was instructed. He remains confident in his skills, ability, and training. He knows he has one more play that his opponent has no clue about. His opponent studied the past movements. Jesus had one last move. he sent a Helper, and his name is Holy Spirit (John 14:26).
The Holy Spirit is Intelligent, and He’s intel, and he’s strategic. By the Power of the Holy Spirit, our territories are enlarged, and we destroy the house of our enemy. He does more than make us dance and shout. Receiving intel from Him can destroy strongholds in your bloodline for generations; it can change the trajectory of your life. Intel from The Holy Spirit matures us, allowing us to experience greater fellowship with our Heavenly Father and become more like Christ. He’s a gentleman. If life was a game of Badok or Go and the Holy Spirit was the tactician, then we must become the surrender pieces on the board.
I know life is not a game. We are not pieces on a gameboard; God is not a puppet master. However, the Holy Spirit is real and lives within us. He’s our Helper; it will require our surrender. To gain, we must surrender; to be led, we must trust. We overcome our enemy, gain territory, and destroy their house by knowing our opponent. But most importantly, studying and knowing that greater is He that is within you than He that is within the world I John 4:4.

I hope it blesses you as it blesses me. Share in the comments.

Marketplace Leaders Collective we are a community of kingdom builders. We are living epistles.

What a time yesterday, Elder Steph Stokes. gave everyone their adoption papers Ephesians 1:4-5. We are adopted in to the sonship. From that powerful message there was restoration, and breakthrough and to God be the glory.

Then Guest speaker “Queen” Lakisha Christian encouraged us to go beyond loving yourself, but to love yourselves well by making sure to include devotion time with God.

During our inspirational moment I had an opportunity share I Peter 3:15-17 (NLT and Message versions) Tell your story. Paul said, when people ask you why do you live like this tell them. Share your Salvation Origin Story? Your story can help someone else.

Join us and connect with likeminded leaders 3rd Saturday 8am-10am.

Group activity: Put in the chat an image or song title that describes or remind you of your Salvation origin story. And why?
