Covered 3 Ranch

I'm attending this year! Cannot wait to learn everything about beef. Bonus my good friend Ellen Archer.

It’s so fun when your customers get back to you and let you know that the cattle they bought from you were doing very well. I sold four cows last week , two of them were tested positive for being pregnant and one of them gave her a calf five days after she bought it.

Cannot wait to go to the beef cattle short course next month. My friend Ellen Archer will be joining me. This is supposed to be an amazing three days of education. 

Neron is out looking for some ladies. I think he found one, but she’s not ready..😳

It just keeps getting greener and greener here. Had another inch of rain yesterday. 

Texas A&M had the coolest classes going on this past Thursday and Friday. This part here in the photos was my favorite part very interesting.
I learned a whole lot in two full days. I will be working my herd differently from this point forward.

Work on the ranches is never-ending. Had to burn some big piles yesterday and fill some holes in the driveway. The original plan was to work cattle, but that didn’t happen .😬

Miss piggy is trying to make me feel better since Ace wandered off. We had a siding last night, but I can’t seem to get in touch with the people that contacted me.

I think we might have our first lambs born soon.
