Well..

Today I woke up with lots of inflammation in my body and hormonal disruption..

Joints achy, breasts achy, lower belly achy (It’s not time for my cycle)

It’s my fault because I know better..

Yesterday I serviced a client that made me so excited that exists for women like her..

She has breast cancer and just started her chemo treatments..

As excited as I was to keep her safe, I knew I needed to keep me safe as well..

I failed.. I started the service with gloves and didn’t keep them on because I really love to feel the fabric of hair..

I went to get a mask and remembered that I left my new box at home..🫣

During my next appointment, I started feeling dizzy, but I didn’t think anything of it.

It wasn’t until got home, sat down and I started feeling all the symptoms of toxic exposure..

I know them all too well, especially since it’s not a part of my world anymore..

So here we are, started my day with prayer and stretching on this mat..

Goals for today..drink plenty of water and rest.

I bet I won’t do that again!
