Just a reminder that “before & after” isn’t always about changing everything - sometimes it’s about changing the *right* things.

Sometimes, all you leave is the door and change everything else to suit the client's dream vision.

Today, let me take you back to my days in America for the Anderson House in Houston, where we refined the entry to feel calmer, warmer, and more intentional:

- upgraded materials + cleaner architectural lines
- layered exterior lighting (so it welcomes you at night, not just in daylight)
- a more polished frame that makes the whole facade feel elevated

Design should feel beautiful AND livable - especially for a family home.

🇧🇬 Bulgaria wins the 70th edition of Eurovision 🥳🥳🥳

A historic achievement for so many reasons - not only because we won on the anniversary of this contest, but the 173 points difference to the other songs trailing behind Dara's Bangaranga was the biggest win in this show's history!

Just moved into a new apartment and your brain is like:

“Okay… what do I fix first?”

Here’s the order I recommend if you want quick wins (and fewer expensive regrets):

💡 1) LIGHTING (always first)

If the lighting is harsh, everything feels worse, even nice furniture.
Warm bulbs + a couple of lamps can completely change the vibe.

2) THE “DROP ZONE”

Keys, bags, jackets, shoes… decide where they live. It's one of the most utilized areas of the house and what ends up happening is chaos on the mantle or coffee table instead.
One hook rail + a small tray/basket = instant calm.

🛏️ 3) SLEEP SETUP

Before decor: make the bedroom work.
Curtains/blinds + bedside lamps = better sleep, better life.

📦 4) STORAGE FOR THE REAL STUFF

Not the Pinterest stuff, the everyday stuff.
Add shelves, organizers, closed baskets. Less visual noise = more “premium” feel.

🎨 5) PAINT (after 1–2 weeks)

If you can, do try and live in the space first. Watch how the light changes. Then pick colors.
