It has indeed been a GREAT day. SWPs (System Work Packages) are here … like an Installation Work Packages (IWPs) that RT formalized a decade ago… formalizing SWPs will help bridge the gap in transition from area driven bulk construction to system drive commissioning & Start-Up. Cheers & kudos for John Fish, Joel Tremblay and Matt Sikstrom. Great presentation. For those that were there in 2000 at the start of AWP, this is actually where we started. Great to now see it formalized by CII.
