If stay at home/DIY workouts have you on IR and you want a professional assessment remotely, give us a call and set up a telemedicine visit... We've been up and running for a few weeks with this and I find the visits quite helpful to assess the severity of the condition and get started on a treatment plan, or at least assess what needs to happen next.

Year round same sport participation is the single biggest risk factor for arm injuries in throwing athletes... make sure your kids are getting 2-4 months OFF to rest/recover every year. Ok to do different sports working other body parts in that interval...
