In honor of International Women’s Day, we are proud to recognize the women who help shape Millis Development & Construction.

The photos we are sharing offer a glimpse of where their stories began. Long before the responsibilities they carry today, they were already curious, determined, and full of potential. Those same qualities continue to show up in the work they do and the impact they have across our team.

We are grateful for the talent, dedication, and perspective these women bring to Millis Development & Construction. Their contributions help strengthen our company and the communities we serve.

Today and every day, we are proud to celebrate the women of Millis Development & Construction.

The Central Texas floods have deeply impacted not just the people, but countless animals as well. At Millis, we felt compelled to help in any way we could. We had the privilege of donating and volunteering with Austin Pets Alive!, an incredible organization that has opened its doors to hundreds of dogs and cats affected by the floods.

During our time there, we helped sort through donations and had the chance to meet some of the sweet dogs and cats that have been rescued and cared for. It was a meaningful experience and a reminder of how important it is to support our communities, both people and pets.

If you feel called to help, you can volunteer with Austin Pets Alive here: bit.ly/40hz0RE

They are also in need of fosters and adopters to help provide safe and loving homes for these animals.
