Today the FBI released a warning the public about Kali365—an emerging Phishing-as-a-Service (PhaaS) platform. Kali365, first seen in April 2026, enables cyber threat actors to obtain Microsoft 365 access tokens and bypass multi-factor authentication (MFA) protocols without intercepting the user’s credentials. The platform allows less-skilled attackers access to AI-generated phishing lures, automated campaign templates, real-time targeted individual/entity tracking dashboards, and OAuth token capture capabilities.

O Christmas tree, o cosmic tree 🎄

Located about 2,500 light-years from Earth, NGC 2264 is a cluster of young stars between one and five million years old. The stars appear as blue and white lights surrounded by swirls of gas—the “pine needles” of the tree—with green representing light in the visible spectrum.

Figuring out the edging for the Book Scarf. I am not super excited about any just yet. Have any suggestions?

Tunisian (afghan) crochet transitioned to knitting and back again. Crazy sounding, I know. Hear me out.

I'll write the pattern when I work out all the details. This will be a snuggly book scarf, probably with a hood (depends on if I have enough yarn).

Here's what we have:
Tunisian crochet about arm's length (various stitches), switch back to knitting with stockinette to make a scrunchable neck portion, repeat the first panel.

I plan to finish the edges with crochet and to crochet pockets to sew on at the bottom of each end.

So this project will be comprised of Tunisian crochet, knitting, and crochet. Just leaning into the features each technique are best at.

Just a quick update on the toddler fed a kitkat by a flight attendant back in April. Same flight attendant dismissed the mother's concerns. This was a leg of travel between DC and India. So that child and mother were on planes for a LONG time, crew denied requests for help and were indifferent to the child's struggle. She went on to be admitted to the ICU at her destination with a severe "biphasic anaphylactic reaction".

What is that? "A biphasic reaction involves a second onset of symptoms after a period of apparent recovery." Up to 72 hours AFTER initial reaction.
