Yup 3 years later and we still LOVE what we do!

**SCAMMER ALERT 🚨 **
Client Kiara Cooper books under Keith Murphy (her bf or ex) and received services monthly since February then claims her card was stolen and her bank “disputed 30 days of charges” on 6/30.

We got confirmation from our payment provider and were notified via email after Ms.Cooper notified us.

This chargeback has affected our payment system as well as our small business. We sent Ms.Cooper an invoice for the total she disputed. She claims she has yet to receive a card to pay. We offered her alternative payment methods, she declined. So we informed her we will move forward with the Theft of services charges if she does not pay invoice by Tuesday as she now stated her dad would cover it for her then. Ms.Cooper proceeds to become vulgar and states she “DGAF” ...

This is truly sad. After 4 years in business we have not had a chargeback until this and it's a learning process.

I want other small businesses to be aware of this possibility. We have the photos and texts to prove services were rendered however die to the payment providers' setup we were not able to combat the chargebck and we're notified after the fact.

We have moved to a new payment provider however it is more costly to us and has a slower payout.

Please be an honest consumer and if you receive service, pay.

We will continue to grow and be better. We ask that you all be understanding as we implement new policies to protect ourselves.
