You cannot run on stress, caffeine, overstimulation, emotional exhaustion, and survival mode⌠then expect your body to magically shift into âs*xy goddessâ or âfully available partnerâ energy on command.
Thatâs not how arousal works.
Your nervous system plays a HUGE role in desire, intimacy, erections, or***ms, pleasure, and connection. When your body feels overwhelmed, unsafe, touched-out, emotionally disconnected, or mentally overloaded, intimacy often becomes the first thing to shut down.
And honestly?
Thatâs not failure.
Thatâs biology.
⨠Foreplay starts outside the bedroom.
⨠Desire needs safety, connection, rest, and emotional presence.
