Not a hand-out but a way out.

1. We have almost a million servicemen and women coming home in the next 2 - 3 years, AND THERE ARE NO JOBS FOR THEM !!!!! Let’s give them a real job with a decent income. Get Congress to start allocations NOW, to employ those returning military in a job very similar to what they do in the military, AT THE SAME PAY-GRADE they are now. As they return, they sign up with a ReadiCorp Division near their home and work at least 20+ hours a week. Enough to live on WHILE THEY RE-INTIGRATE back into society. It will relieve many, many “ills” that decommissioning brings on. As the economy rebounds, more and more will hire into the private sector and hopefully the ReadiCorp ‘dies’ due to having no “employees”. Very simply, they all retain their dignity and pride while doing a very valuable service. We have spent millions training them to do their “job”, lets bring them home to do literally the same “job”, (without any new training necessary). Just as an example – MP’s are in charge of security in the response area. Medics run the triage centers. Radio specialists are the first to leave, first on the scene, first to set up and run the communication trucks and cell phone centers. AND one of the main plans is the have those with certain severe injuries, stay home and run the dispatcher and bookkeeping duties. You know - a real job. Probably relieve 99% of the PTSD cases.
