from last Friday's event. You'll probably notice a few shots where I'm on the phone or in my phone. When people ask me, "How do you have time to do all of this?" What you see is part of the answer.
1. I have a rule... minimize lost time.
2. Master the art of multitasking.
3. Distinguish "leisure time" and "down time". Use down time for productivity and be intentional about leisure time.

Another win for Stephens Reed & Armstrong, PLLC! Last year a judge ruled that my client's lien was fraudulent and removed it from a property. I respectfully told the judge that he could not summarily remove my lien under the circumstances. He did it anyway so I appealed.
Happy to report that the 1st Court of Appeals got it right, reversed and reinstated my client's lien!

Happy to announce that Amber Boyd and I just got a jury verdict of $14,548.72 on a case alleging the breach of a construction contract due to nonpayment!
Amber Boyd was lead counsel during the trial and I Sat 2nd chair. I'm elated that we were able to help our client Strotek!

One key difference between those doing good and those who become great comes down to what they do when they're comfortable.
When you're no longer struggling and complacency and comfort set in, remember your goals!
