Kim-Ling Sun is a passionate writer and educator whose work reflects a deep commitment to social justice and education. Her poetry was featured in Emmy Perez's Texas Poet Laureate Project with Poets Against Walls. For several years, Kim-Ling has been a contributing writer for BestColleges.com, where she explores important topics such as women's issues and diversity, sparking meaningful conversations and inspiring change. In 2018, Kim-Ling was recognized as the Outstanding Teacher of the Year by Humanities Texas.
