Blessed with friends who make the most beautiful brides, AND trust my vision for their invitation suitešš¤
You can tell by their photos that Mandy and Chase know how to throw a party! Their love for one another captures the room, and they make the top of the āeasiest people to celebrateā list.
I wanted their invitations to have that same level of intention- with a design that felt balanced and refined as much as it was joyful and unique. Every detail fell into place like it was planned that way all along- you could even say meant to be! Just like these two are for each otherš
Congratulations to The Eckholdts!!!

What sold me on tying the knot in Sorrento, Italy was its abundance of color, charisma, and breathtaking views. For our invitations, I aimed to capture that same feeling.
The arches of our 14th century ceremony venue, Sorrentoās world-famous lemons, the cutest petite cappuccino, and a watercolor of the entire town from a cliff-top vantage point were all focal points of the artwork.
But for me, where things really came together is the assembly. A vellum peek-a-boo window, hand-painted details, custom shapes, layered cards with a tangerine silk tassel- Sorrento and I share a love for maximalism that I was thrilled to bring to life on paper! If it wasnāt for the deadline of getting these in the mail, I fear I would still be playing with the details𤣠But the show must go on!
Creating, illustrating, and assembling my own invitations was a highlight of wedding planning for me. It even gave me a new perspective on my process- because this time I was both designer *and* client. (A painfully difficult client, to say the least)
More than anything- I learned the value of trusting the knowledge and expertise of your designer. When Grace the bride was overwhelmed with a decision and second-guessing each. little. thing!!!! Grace the designer was there to keep me grounded. Being a bride is HARD. You have your own expectations to live up to, along with everyone elseās.
I walked away from my own invitations with a renewed conviction to be the designer my clientās need- confident, motivated, and above all an invaluable resource at each step of the process. Iāll guide you through each decision with the same level of thought and care that I brought to my own wedding invites, and then someš

For my couples that love a timeless, elegant design, but donāt shy away from a little color. Lily Bea and John Emoryās invitation suite is all the proof you need to go for itš·
The subtle color blocking, the bold satin ribbon, the custom crest designed with plants and florals native to Louisiana, thereās a lot to appreciate in the details of this suite.

The Mireās wedding day was a fairytale in technicolorššššš°š»āāļøš
I am blessed to call Miranda one of my very best friends! Designing her invitation suite together was a moment topped only by standing alongside her as a bridesmaid- and seeing her dream wedding become reality on the day she and Falcon said āI Doā.
You canāt have Miranda without having maximalism. From her larger than life personality to her love of color and unique details- there was no mistaking that her wedding would be just as vibrant as she is! Coupled with the warmth and charm that can only be found in south Louisiana, and you have an experience that canāt be replicated.
Above all, Miranda and Falconās day was a reflection of their love- bold, unapologetic, joyful, vivid, and genuine. You will never find a couple quite like this oneš„¹ Cheers to The Mires, and their happily ever after!!!
