The face you make waiting for the appraisal.😩

Some incorrectly believe that they are prohibted from speaking to an appraiser at all. NOPE‼️False‼️
In a situation I had a home with a few issues that I forsure thought would call for some items to be looked at before the buyers lender would approve the loan. I spoke to the appraiser for a while over the phone and built a fast relationship with him in hopes of some great news.
A few days later we received the report back, they CALLED FOR NO REPAIRS TO BE MADE & the HOME WAS COMP'ed over the selling price.
In reality, qualified and competent appraisers welcome any information that helps them do their job. 🫶🏼👀
