Ain’t playin no games.......

Something happens when I get into this space..... I completely lose myself, I honestly don’t remember none of this. I have somewhat of an out of body experience once I mount the platform and I don’t come to myself until I sit down. I’m concerned about people who are pulpit and microphone wh**es and/or junkies. You GOT to been seen and heard. I was content with just singing until God started embarrassing me every time I grabbed a mic. I would start off singing and end up preaching every single time. This happened until I gave God a COMPLETE yes!!! No, I’m not preaching often but when I get up I always have something to say. I’m someone who still shy away from the pulpit and platform. My Bishop C Montez Jones ain’t trying to hear that!!! I’m uncomfortable and hate when I feel a lot of attention on me but this is what keeps me humble and yielded to the call and mandate on my life. With so much shame and embarrassment on clergy these days it’s hard to own it when so many have tainted and brought shame to what was once highly respected and revered.

As I have stated so many times “I HATE LEG DAY!!!!” Its so essential to a fit body. There is nothing worse than a person with nice chest and arms and their legs look like sticks!!! Balance your body out and alternate your workouts with different techniques and send your body into shock. Doing the same thing over and over can cause your body to plateau and you will stop seeing results. Thanks Jay for taking me under your wing!!!
