I’ve been struggling with the words and realize there are no words.
Our dear friend, Tommy Detamore passed on Wednesday leaving a gaping hole in our hearts and in the Country Music Community.

Tommy was a well respected producer of numerous projects including my last three CDs. I can’t imagine recording without Tommy. He was a fantastic musician, pedal steel player and most importantly a quality human.

Tommy will certainly be missed. This is heartbreaking.
Prayers and condolences to Sandy, Thomas and Tommy’s family and many, many friends.

I have many photos of Tommy in the studio but this is a favorite along with Bobby Flores, another friend gone too soon.
