At this year's Presenting Denver Dance Festival at the Newman Center, each of the eight artists will perform eight-minute pieces that speak to this year's theme of "healing." The 2023 festival artists are: Davis Contemporary Dance Company, Wild Heart Dance, Authentic: Grooves, Helen Estrella and Melecia Estrella, Parasol Arts, Tara Rynders, Thomas Dance Project, and Art as Action Dance Company.
This theme represents the ongoing journey we are all on, emerging from a global pandemic and having to create new avenues for the craft and our bodies to travel. Join us for an amazing festival June 11-12!
