Walker County Day

Praise God for a wonderful day and being able to see this day. Please note that the Walker County Day Program will not be held at Creston any longer. We thank Creston for the 32 years of supporting the program. Understanding that there has been a change in pastoralship, which can bring new vision/other directions . We pray for Creston as a whole during their time of transition. We love them and ask God to bless them. Thanks to everyone that has helped, participated, attended and prayed for the Walker County Day program over the years. Please let's continue to find happy occasions to get together and continue to praise and serve God! He is so wonderful! Call, have lunch, check on one another or even let's bring Walker County Day to Huntsville. When a door is closed, we tend to look at that door so long that we often don't see the new door that has been opened for us. God loves you and so do we. Thank you so much for everything! We are working on researching Walker County's family history. Dear Aunts and Cousins, 1) What are the names of Mama Ollie (Big Mama's) parents? I think they were Lizzie and Joe Jefferson, is that correct? 2) My Grandfather was Bennie Dickey and I think his parents names were William Dickey and Lucy Mathis??? Please help me get this straight. :) Thanks
